The staff went above and beyond by helping me retrieve my lost ID card, showcasing their unparalleled commitment to guest satisfaction. The air conditioning in the room provided a much-needed respite from the Brazilian heat, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The charming terrace overlooking the lush garden and its friendly animals created a serene atmosphere that exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for its impeccable service and delightful amenities.
